Andrew Phillips

Andrew joined Lyda Financial in May 2023. He comes from a career in the funeral industry, having served the Salem community as a funeral director for 6 years, and then managing a small-town funeral home in Independence for 11 years. Andrew is passionate about helping people; his heart of compassion and genuine concern have built confidence between him and his clients. His skills in database management, maximizing efficiency through robust processes, and quick learning are already making Lyda Financial even better. 

Andrew enjoyed a unique upbringing in the Mexican Sonoran desert, resulting in a profound appreciation for other cultures, the freedoms and opportunities we have in America, and tacos. He speaks fluent Spanish and enjoys speaking it given any opportunity.  In his spare time, Andrew loves spending time with his wife in their small-town community of Independence, walking, reading, working on small home improvement projects, and playing with Excel. He enjoys rich friendships with family and friends and is thrilled and grateful to be working with his long-time "big bro", Jerrie, in this dream job at Lyda Financial.
